1. Overview
The WX-X402 passivator is mainly composed of an oxidant and a corrosion inhibitor, and its mechanism is to generate a very thin, dense, well-covered passivation film on the metal surface, which can be firmly attached to the metal surface. It plays the role of completely separating the metal from the corrosive medium to prevent direct contact between the metal and the corrosive medium, so that the metal basically stops dissolving to form a passive state to prevent corrosion.

2. method of use
1, suitable for swimming immersion, immersion line;
2. Process: after cleaning and treatment-passivation-water washing-water washing-drying;
3. Inject 3/4 clean water into the tank, add 50kg WX-X402 passivator per ton, fill up the water, and stir evenly to use;
4. Immerse the cleaned and treated workpiece in the working fluid;
5, rinse with water, clean the surface of the workpiece passivation solution, it is recommended to clean with hot water.

Detection method:
Total acid: take 10 ml of working solution, inject into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution. the solution changes from colorless to red as the end point. the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the total acid (point) of this solution.

5. maintenance and adjustment
1, the parameters are not in the range, need to supplement the agent to make it reach the range, add 10KG of agent per ton tank total acidity increased by 1-1.5 points;
2. It is recommended to replace the tank solution every 7-15 working days.

6. considerations
1, the operator to wear, wear protective equipment, such as rubber gloves, masks, work clothes, etc.
2. If it accidentally splashes on the skin or eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately. Those who are serious or feel uncomfortable should be sent to a doctor for treatment.
