1. Overview
WX-T2205 is an aqueous solution compounded by a variety of surfactants, metal corrosion inhibitors and cosolvents. It is suitable for degreasing of various metal products. It has long service life and strong degreasing ability. It is suitable for the degreasing requirements of automatic production lines and immersion production lines.

2. use process
Process conditions: soaking, swimming immersion, ultrasonic cleaning.
Process flow: oil removal-water washing-water washing-post-process.
Immerse the workpiece in the working fluid (usually used with degreasing powder). After 10 minutes, the general grease on the surface of the workpiece can be removed and checked.
The method of whether the grease is removed is: clean the surface residual liquid of the workpiece with water after oil removal, and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil has been removed.

Grooving: 5% groove (generally used with degreasing powder), add the calculated amount of degreasing agent into water, stir, and dissolve to work.

4. use and maintenance
1. When the degreasing effect decreases, the degreasing agent can be appropriately added.
2. Remove the floating oil on the liquid surface in time. If the working liquid is saturated with oil or polluted, it needs to be discharged. Replace some tank liquid or replace the tank again. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.
3. When a large amount of oil, dirt, dust and rust are mixed in the degreasing liquid, the solution can be left standing to clarify for more than 12 hours, the middle layer is extracted with a submersible pump for reuse, the upper layer of floating oil and the lower layer of mud are discarded, and the degreasing products are supplemented.
4, for some of the more difficult to remove the oxide of the oil, you can also increase the temperature of the oil removal tank or add a compound degreasing agent.
