1. Overview
WX-T2202 degreasing agent is suitable for copper, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, die-casting aluminum, iron, stainless steel and other metal surface oil removal, in the ultrasonic cleaning is better; this product is alkaline soft, does not hurt the substrate, the metal surface does not change color after treatment, strengthen the anti-corrosion effect, can also be applied to spray the bottom layer.

2. use process
Process conditions: soaking, spraying, swimming and oil removal.
Process flow: oil removal-oil removal-water washing-water washing-drying.
Tank matching: add tap water to the 2/3 of the treatment tank, need to heat up to the range, then add WX-T2202 degreasing agent according to the calculated amount, and fully stir, then add water to the scale, and then use.

Detection method:
Alkalinity: Take 10.00ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 50 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N H2SO4 standard solution. The solution changes from red to colorless as the end point. The ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the alkalinity (point) of this solution.

Maintenance of working fluid: according to the decrease of oil removal effect or the parameter is not within the range, oil removal agent can be added to reach the range, and the alkalinity of 10KG of agent added per ton of tank increases by 0.1-0.2 points; If the oil dissolved in the working solution is saturated, it is necessary to discharge, replace part of the tank or replace the tank again.

3. When working in an environment with good ventilation conditions, the operator should wear safety protective equipment and not directly contact with the skin.
