1. Overview
WX-T2208 degreasing agent is suitable for aluminum alloy, iron, stainless steel and other metal surface oil removal, this product for the treatment of the metal surface does not change color, can also be applied to spray the bottom layer.

 

2. use process
Process conditions: soaking, swimming immersion, spray cleaning.
Process flow: oil removal-water washing-post-process treatment.
Immerse the workpiece in the working fluid, after a few minutes, the general grease on the surface of the workpiece can be removed and checked.
The method of whether the grease is removed is: clean the surface residual liquid of the workpiece with water after oil removal, and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil has been removed.

Groove: WX-T2208,5%-10%, and 5% of compound degreasing additive is better.
Temperature: 25-60 ℃
Time: ultrasonic immersion, spray 2-5 minutes, manual immersion 8-15 minutes
5% degreasing agent alkalinity: 8-15 points
Detection method:
Alkalinity: Take 10ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N H2SO4 standard solution. The solution changes from red to colorless as the end point. The ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the alkalinity (point) of this solution.






 

4. use and maintenance
1. Analyze the alkalinity of the degreasing fluid twice per shift. The alkalinity of the working fluid shall be controlled at 8-15 points. According to the degreasing effect and alkalinity, supplement the WX-T2208 degreasing agent when the alkalinity is lower than the standard, and increase the alkalinity by 2 points for every 1% added. When the alkalinity is higher than the standard, drain an appropriate amount of tank solution, add water to the standard range, and measure alkalinity.
2. Remove the floating oil on the liquid surface in time. If the working liquid is saturated with oil or polluted, it needs to be discharged, replace some tank liquid, and replace the tank again according to the production needs. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.
3, for some of the more difficult to remove the stubborn oil adsorbed in the oxide, you can increase the temperature of the oil removal tank or add a compound oil removal additives.


 

5. considerations
1. Parameters of equipment and working fluid;
2. If it is found that the liquid floating matter in the product is flocculated into blocks, the floating matter can be artificially stirred to evenly cover the upper liquid surface, which can inhibit the foam increase of the oil removal tank liquid and prevent the foam from overflowing.
3. When spraying, there is too much foam in the oil removal liquid. You can carefully add a small amount of defoamer, not more than 100ml/m³ each time, but not too much, so as not to damage the function of the oil removal liquid.
4. The operator should wear safety protective equipment. If the liquid medicine contacts the skin or eyes, it should be rinsed with clean water immediately. In severe cases, it should be treated.
