1. Overview
WX-L101 wax remover is mainly made of surfactant and wax dissolving agent as raw materials. It is suitable for removing polishing wax on metal surfaces such as copper, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, iron, stainless steel, etc. It is better to clean with ultrasonic wave. This product is an acidic agent, but it does not hurt the substrate. The treated metal surface does not change color, has a long service life, does not need to be replaced frequently, and the agent can be added.

 

2. treatment process
Process conditions: soaking, spraying, swimming immersion ultrasonic wax removal.
Process flow: wax removal-water washing-passivation (whether passivation is required according to performance test requirements)-water washing-drying.
Tank matching: add tap water to the 2/3 of the treatment tank, heat to the range, then add WX-L101 wax remover according to the calculated amount, stir fully, add water to the scale, and then use.
