1. Overview
WX-T2003 ① is an aqueous solution compounded by a variety of surfactants, metal corrosion inhibitors and cosolvents. It is suitable for degreasing of various metal products at medium and normal temperature. It has long service life and strong degreasing ability. It is suitable for the degreasing requirements of automatic immersion production lines and spray production lines.

2. use process
Process conditions: swimming immersion, spray line cleaning.
Process flow: oil removal-water washing-post-process treatment.
The method to check whether the grease is removed is to clean the surface residual liquid of the degreased workpiece with water and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil has been removed.

Appearance: Colorless or light white liquid
PH value: 6.5-7.5
Grooving: 5% groove, add the calculated amount of degreasing agent to the water
Time: soak for 5-10 minutes, swim soak, spray for 3 minutes (according to the amount of oil, add compound degreasing powder, can increase the efficiency of oil removal)
Temperature: normal temperature -60 ℃
PH value detection method: direct detection with PH test paper.

4. use and maintenance
1. The degreasing fluid shall be tested for each shift, and the degreasing agent shall be supplemented according to the degreasing effect.
2. Remove the floating oil on the liquid surface in time. If the working liquid is saturated with oil or polluted, it needs to be discharged. Replace some tank liquid or replace the tank again. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.
3. When a large amount of oil, dirt, dust and rust are mixed in the degreasing liquid, the solution can be left standing to clarify for more than 12 hours, the middle layer can be extracted with a submersible pump for reuse, the upper floating oil and the lower mud are discarded, and the degreasing agent is added.

5. considerations
1. Parameters of equipment and working fluid;
2, each process after cleaning the workpiece must be cleaned;
3. When working in an environment with good ventilation conditions, the operator should wear safety protective equipment and not directly contact with the skin. If the liquid medicine contacts the skin or eyes, it should be rinsed with water immediately. In severe cases, medical treatment should be sought.
