1. Overview
The WX-T1202 is composed of inorganic alkali, anionic and nonionic surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and other additives. It does not contain phosphate. It is suitable for degreasing of steel parts at medium and normal temperature. It has good removal ability for various mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils.

 

2. use process
Process conditions: soaking, swimming immersion, ultrasonic cleaning.
Process flow: oil removal-water washing-water washing-drying.
Immerse the workpiece in the working fluid, after 10 minutes, the general grease on the surface of the workpiece can be removed, and check
The method of whether the grease is removed is: clean the surface residual liquid of the workpiece with water after oil removal, and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil has been removed.

Method for detecting alkalinity: take 10ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1N H2SO4, the solution changes from red to colorless as the end point, and the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the alkalinity point of this solution.






 

4. use and maintenance
1. Analyze the alkalinity of the oil removal liquid twice per shift. Supplement the oil removal powder according to the oil removal effect and alkalinity. The alkalinity of the working liquid is controlled at 25-35 points. For every 15kg/m oil removal powder supplement, the alkalinity can be increased by 1 point.
2. Remove the floating oil on the liquid surface in time. If the working liquid is saturated with oil or polluted, it needs to be discharged. Replace some tank liquid or replace the tank again. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.
3. When a large amount of oil, dirt, dust and rust are mixed in the degreasing liquid, the solution can be left standing to clarify for more than 12 hours, the middle layer can be extracted with a submersible pump for reuse, the upper floating oil and the lower mud are discarded, and the degreasing powder is added.
4. For some stubborn oil that is adsorbed in rust and oxides is difficult to remove, the method of oil removal and rust removal can be used alternately, and the temperature of the oil removal tank can also be increased or a compound oil removal agent can be added.
