1. Overview
WX-T2201 degreasing agent is suitable for copper, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, iron, stainless steel and other metal surface oil removal, this product is alkaline soft, does not hurt the substrate, after treatment of the metal surface does not change color, strengthen the anti-corrosion effect, can also be applied to spray the bottom layer.

 

2. use process
Process conditions: soaking, swimming immersion, spray cleaning.
Process flow: oil removal-water washing-post-process treatment.
The workpiece is immersed in the working fluid, and the general grease on the surface of the workpiece can be removed after a few minutes.
The method to check whether the grease is removed is to clean the surface residual liquid of the degreased workpiece with water and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil has been removed.

Detection method:
Alkalinity: Take 10ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N H2SO4 standard solution. The solution changes from red to colorless as the end point. The ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the alkalinity (point) of this solution.
Foam value: fill 30 ml of the prepared solution with a 100 ml measuring cylinder with a plug, cover the lid and shake it at a speed of 30 seconds and 50 times for 3 minutes, then stand still and stand upright, and observe the foam height within 30-60 seconds, less than 40 ml including the solution height).

5. use and maintenance
1. Analyze the alkalinity of the degreasing fluid twice per shift. Control the alkalinity of the working fluid at 8-16 points. According to the degreasing effect and alkalinity, supplement the WX-T2201 degreasing agent when the alkalinity is lower than the standard. Add 3Kg per ton tank to increase the alkalinity by 1 point; the degreasing agent and the degreasing aid are added in an amount of 1:1.
2. Remove the floating oil on the liquid surface in time. If the working liquid is saturated with oil or polluted, it needs to be discharged. Replace some tank liquid or replace the tank again. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.
3. When the degreasing liquid is mixed with a large amount of oil stain, mud scale and dust, the solution can be left to stand for clarification for more than 12 hours, the middle layer is extracted with a submersible pump for reuse, the upper oil slick and the lower mud are discarded, and the degreasing agent is added.
4, for some of the more difficult to remove the stubborn oil adsorbed in the oxide, you can increase the temperature of the oil removal tank or add a compound oil removal additives.




 

6. considerations
1. Parameters of equipment and working fluid;
2. When spraying, there is too much foam in the oil removal liquid, so a small amount of defoamer can be added carefully, not more than 100ml/m³ each time, but not too much, so as not to damage the function of the oil removal liquid.
3. The operator should wear safety protective equipment. If the liquid medicine contacts the skin or eyes, it should be rinsed with clean water immediately. In severe cases, it should be treated.
