1. Overview
WX-T2207 cleaning agent is divided into WX-T2207A and WX-T2207B,WX-T2207A is mainly composed of surfactants and weak alkali salt, can emulsify oil; WX-T2207B is mainly composed of protective agent, can play a role in protecting again oxidation.
WX-T2207 cleaning agent is suitable for copper, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, die casting aluminum, iron, stainless steel and other metal surface oil removal, in the ultrasonic cleaning is better; this product is alkaline soft, does not hurt the substrate, after treatment of the metal surface does not change color, strengthen the anti-corrosion effect, can also be applied to spray the bottom layer.

2. use process
Process conditions: soaking, spraying, swimming, rolling, etc.
Process flow: cleaning-washing-washing-washing-drying.
With tank: add tap water treatment tank 2/3, need to heat up to the range, then add WX-T2207 cleaning agent according to the calculated amount, and fully stir, then add water to the scale, can be used.

Detection method:
pH: pH test paper or pH meter.
Alkalinity: take 10ml of detection liquid, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N H2SO4 standard solution until red disappears as the end point. Titrate the number of ml of standard solution consumed, I .e. the alkalinity (point) of this solution.
