1. product composition and scope of application:

This product is composed of anionic surfactant, ketone solvent and high boiling point ether solvent and corrosion inhibitor. Products do not contain phosphates (non-phosphorus, environmentally friendly) on the metal surface is basically not corrosive, this product has good solubility, low viscosity, high boiling point, low volatility, excellent thermal stability, long service life and other excellent performance. The product has good solubility and degradability to the rosin residue after electronic products and soldering and the oil stain in the machining process. The oil stain and rosin can be cleaned with the tank.

It mainly solves the residual problem of rosin in electronic products and soldering.

3. use

Immerse the workpiece in the working fluid (pay attention to exclude the air bag and avoid "sticking to death" between the workpiece), and the oil stain and rosin on the surface of the workpiece can be removed after 5-10 minutes. The method to check whether the oil stain and rosin are removed is to wash the surface residual liquid of the cleaned workpiece with water and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil stain and rosin have been removed. For some workpieces with serious rosin residue, ultrasonic heating can be used, that is, ultrasonic heating 45-50 ℃, rosin cleaning effect is better.

4. maintenance and adjustment

1. Every 1~2 days to observe the cleaning situation and timely supplement the cleaning agent. (such as the use of room temperature found that the workpiece rosin residue, you can choose to heat the extension of time treatment)

2. Clear the oil and dirt on the cleaning liquid surface in time.

3. When a large amount of oil, dirt, dust and rust are mixed in the cleaning liquid, which has affected the effect of the cleaning agent, a new cleaning liquid should be replaced and slotted again.

4. For workpieces with serious surface rosin residues, the company can send engineers to assist users in handling and solving relevant technical problems encountered in production in a timely manner and formulate relevant potions according to the customer's on-site workpieces.

5. considerations

This product is a solvent-based cleaning agent, in the cleaning process operators should pay attention to open fire, to prepare dry powder fire extinguisher to prevent fire.

Operators should wear overalls, protective glasses, rubber gloves and boots when working.

If accidentally splashed on the skin, should immediately rinse with water 5-10min, so as to avoid chemical burning. If accidentally splashed on the eyes, should immediately rinse with water, and sent to hospital for treatment.

This product absolutely can not be taken internally. Products shall be stored by classification. The production equipment should be closed and the workshop should be well ventilated.
