Part 1: Product Introduction
★This product is a water-dispersed epoxy ester resin designed for water-based self-drying paint and water-based baking paint.
★When using this product to make paint, it is necessary to add water-based drier to assist crosslinking, water-based polyurethane curing agent to make two-component topcoat, and amino resin to make amino baking paint cured at different temperatures.
★This product has outstanding performance in salt spray resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, high gloss and high fullness.
★It has good adhesion to all kinds of metal substrates or non-metallic substrates.
★This product has good hydrolysis resistance.
★The water paint made of this product has good stability.

Part 3: Instructions for use
★This product in the preparation of one-component self-drying paint in the final stage need to add a certain amount of drier auxiliary crosslinking. Do two-component topcoat, in use when adding polyurethane curing agent, activation period of four hours.
For amino baking varnish, when the baking temperature is lower than 170 degrees, the 325 amino resin is selected to be dispersed together in the paint making stage; when the baking temperature is higher than 170 degrees, the 303 amino group is selected to be dispersed together in the paint making stage, and the resin amino ratio is about 6 to 1.
★This product can be directly dispersed with water, can also be added alcohol ether solvent auxiliary dispersion.
