1. Overview
The two-in-one WX-A5102 degreasing deoxidizer is mainly composed of surfactants, such as nonionic active agents, anionic sodium sulfonate type, common inorganic acids, and corrosion inhibitors. It uses the principle of emulsification, wetting and penetration of surfactants, and uses the mechanical stripping effect of hydrogen generated by acid corrosion of metals to achieve the purpose of removing grease. Can be used at low temperature and medium temperature, suitable for immersion treatment. Because it has the dual function of removing oxide and grease, it is also called two-in-one treatment liquid. Suitable for cleaning of aluminum, aluminum alloy and steel.
2. method of use
1.3/4 clean water is injected into the treatment tank.
2. Add 50 ~ 100kg WX-A5102 degreasing agent per cubic meter.
3. Fill up the water and stir well to use.
4. Immerse the workpiece in the working fluid (pay attention to excluding the air bag and avoid "sticking to death" between the workpiece). After 5-15 minutes, the general grease on the surface of the workpiece can be removed. The method to check whether the grease is removed is to wash the surface residual liquid of the degreased workpiece with water and observe whether the water film on the surface of the workpiece is continuous and complete. If so, it indicates that the oil has been removed.

Detection method:
Total acid: take 5ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution. the solution changes from colorless to red as the end point. the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is multiplied by 2, which is the total acid number of this solution.
4. maintenance and adjustment
1. According to the decrease of degreasing effect or the parameter is not in the range, degreasing deoxidizer can be added to reach the range. 10KG agent is added per ton of tank, and the total acidity rises by 8-10 points;
2. If the oil dissolved in the working fluid is saturated or aged until the degreasing effect is not obvious, part of the tank solution needs to be replaced or the tank needs to be replaced again;
3. Maintain the cleanliness of the working liquid surface. No oil and mechanical impurities are allowed to float. Solid impurities at the bottom of the tank shall be cleaned up every or several working days on a regular basis;
4, the total acidity is low or do not replace the bath liquid for a long time, because the aluminum salt content in the bath liquid is high, it will adsorb and crystallize on the surface of the workpiece to form white aluminum crystal salt powder, so it is recommended to replace it every 15-30 working days.
5. considerations
1. The processing time should not exceed 30 minutes, otherwise it will cause the drug consumption to increase and the workpiece will have color deviation.
2, the product has a certain corrosive, the operator should wear, wear protective equipment (such as goggles, rubber gloves, wear boots, work clothes, etc.).
3. If it accidentally splashes on the skin or eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately, and those who are serious or feel uncomfortable should be sent to a doctor for treatment.
