1. Overview
WX-Q601 paint remover consists of a variety of organic components, activators, solvents and surfactants, suitable for iron, aluminum, zinc alloy and other metal paint or spray powder coating parts; through the local dissolution of the coating film, and then penetrate to the workpiece coating film bottom, so that the coating film stripping workpiece within a few minutes.

2. method of use
1. WX-Q601 paint remover is used as stock solution. Generally, it is contained in a plastic container and the workpiece can be soaked in it. It is best to add a cover during use to prevent volatilization.
2. After use, remove the paint film in the solution and seal it with a cover.

3. process parameters
Distribution tank: use of stock solution
Temperature: normal temperature
Time: 3-10 minutes
PH value: ≤ 2
Paint stripping efficiency: ≥ 98%
PH value detection method: direct detection with PH test paper.
Test method for paint removal efficiency: soak the powder with 80u coating in the dope for 10 minutes, take it out and wash it to observe the appearance.
