1. Overview
WX-C6801 fixing agent is a high-efficiency metal surface protective agent composed of a variety of organic compounds and vapor phase corrosion inhibitors, which is suitable for copper, aluminum and other metal materials, and can form a dense single-molecule water-repellent film on the surface of metal materials to improve oxidation resistance.
2. method of use
Process conditions: soaking
Process flow: cleaning, polishing-washing-fixing-washing-drying
Operation: Inject 3/4 clean water into the treatment tank, add WX-C6801 fixing agent according to the calculated amount, fill the water to the scale, and stir to use. Then the cleaned product is directly immersed in the solid color working solution and taken out for washing for about 3 minutes.

Time: Soak for 2-3 minutes

pH: 8-9
pH detection method: direct detection with pH test paper.
