1. Overview
WX-C5601 environmental protection polishing agent is acidic liquid, suitable for brass, copper, and other metal chemical polishing treatment, can quickly remove the copper surface oxide layer, polished copper surface, to achieve fine smooth, smooth bright mirror brightness, but also to clean a small amount of oil. The polishing effect higher than that of traditional pickling can be obtained, and the production requirements of chemical polishing of copper materials can be met.
2. method of use
Process conditions: soaking
Process flow: cleaning → water washing → polishing (→ polishing) → water washing → fixing → water washing → drying
Operation: put the WX-C5601 polishing agent stock solution device into an acid and alkali resistant container, then directly immerse the cleaned product into the polishing agent, and take it out for washing in about 30s -1.5 minutes. It is recommended to use double slot to reduce the dosage. Workpieces with less oil pollution can be processed directly in the polishing tank.

Temperature: normal temperature; the temperature cannot exceed 45 ℃.
Time: 30S-1.5 minutes
Free acid: ≥ 1100
Free acid detection method: accurately measure 10ml of working solution, add 20 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of bromophenol blue indicator, and titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution. the solution changes from yellow to blue-green as the end point. the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the number of free acid points of this working solution.

2. The workpiece with less oil pollution can also be immersed in the polishing agent for about 30S to 1 minute (the specific time can be appropriately extended according to the required surface degree) to achieve a smooth and bright effect. According to the brightness, a small amount of the agent is added many times, and the concentration is evenly balanced, so that the brightness of the polished workpiece is consistent.
3. After the workpiece is removed and polished, rinse with clean water, and then use copper fixing agent for sealing treatment to prevent re-oxidation.
