1. Overview
WX-C5506 cleaning agent is a kind of anionic and non-ionic surfactants, builders, water softeners, metal corrosion inhibitors and other additives composed of efficient degreasing agent. This product has a good ability to remove animal and vegetable oil and mineral oil, suitable for copper, brass and other metal products at room temperature or medium temperature under the oil and oxide cleaning.
2. method of use
Process conditions: immersion, ultrasonic
Process flow: cleaning-washing-polishing-washing-fixing-washing-drying
Operation: 3/4 clean water will be injected into the treatment tank, added according to the calculated amount of WX-C5506 cleaning agent, and then the products to be cleaned will be directly immersed in the cleaning solution, and the water will be taken out for about 10 minutes. The cleaning time and concentration can be adjusted according to the amount of oil.

5. use and maintenance

2. If the brightness of the workpiece is not high, it can be washed directly and then washed clean, and then closed with copper fixing agent, which can omit the polishing process.
3, according to the oil cleaning effect decreased, can add cleaning agent; if the working fluid is contaminated, need to change the tank, normal use is recommended 5-10 working days to replace.
