1. Overview
WX-C5505 neutral copper cleaning agent is an efficient cleaning agent composed of anionic and nonionic surfactants, detergents, water softeners, metal corrosion inhibitors and other additives. This product has a good ability to remove all kinds of oil, suitable for copper, brass and other metal products at medium temperature oil and oxide cleaning.

2. method of use
Process conditions: ultrasonic immersion
Process flow: cleaning-washing-(polishing-washing-) fixing-washing-drying
Operation: 3/4 clean water is injected into the treatment tank, added according to the calculated amount of WX-C5505 copper efficient cleaning agent, and then the products to be cleaned are directly immersed in the cleaning solution, and taken out for water washing in about 10 minutes. The cleaning time and concentration can be adjusted according to the amount of oil and the thickness of oxide skin.

3. process parameters
Grooving: 8-12% with slot use;
Time: general oxide skin ultrasonic 5-10 minutes, thick oxide skin ultrasonic 20 minutes
Temperature: 50-60 ℃ (appropriate heating according to the actual situation, the highest temperature ≤ 80 ℃)
pH: 5-6
pH detection method: direct detection with pH test paper.

3. According to the effect of degreasing cleaning and descaling, cleaning agent can be added. If the oil stain in the working fluid is saturated or there are many copper ions, the tank needs to be replaced again. It is recommended to replace it within 2-5 working days for normal use.
