1. Overview
WX-C5501 copper efficient cleaning agent is composed of a kind of anionic and non-ionic surfactants, detergents, water softeners, metal corrosion inhibitors and other additives composed of efficient degreasing agent. This product has a good ability to remove animal and vegetable oil and mineral oil, suitable for copper, brass and other metal products at room temperature or medium temperature under the oil and oxide cleaning.
2. method of use
Process conditions: immersion, ultrasonic
Process flow: cleaning-washing-(polishing-washing-) fixing-washing-drying
Operation: 3/4 clean water is injected into the treatment tank, added according to the calculated amount of WX-C5501 copper efficient cleaning agent, and then the product to be cleaned is directly immersed in the cleaning solution, and the product is taken out for water washing in about 10 minutes. The cleaning time and concentration can be adjusted according to the amount of oil pollution.
3. process parameters
Grooving: 10% groove is used alone, and 3% groove is used with acid removal aid;
Time: soak for 10 minutes, ultrasonic 5-10 minutes
Temperature: normal temperature -55 ℃ (appropriate heating according to the actual situation)
PH value: ≤ 2
