1. Overview
WX-F8301 ceramicizing agent is a phosphate-free reactive pretreatment chemical, mainly composed of zirconium salt, which can be converted at room temperature without surface adjustment and promoter, with less dosage and no sediment. This process is a reactive treatment, which is suitable for the surface treatment of cold plate, galvanized plate, aluminum and copper and other metals. It can form a dense single molecule water repellent film on the surface of metal materials, which has excellent binding force with the coating, and can help the coating resist the erosion of water vapor and salt spray on the base metal, and improve the anti-corrosion performance of the coating.

2. method of use
Process conditions: soaking, spraying, swimming immersion.
Process flow: degreasing-water washing-activation (activation process is only required for workpieces with oxides or ash)-water washing-pottery-water washing-water washing-drying.
Tank distribution: first add tap water to 80% of the treatment tank, then add JS-58 certifier calculated at 2%-3%, and add certifier 0.3 ‰ to adjust pH value.

pH value: with precision pH test paper or pH meter detection;
Pottery point: 2ml of working liquid is taken, injected into conical flask, 20 ml of water is added with pottery buffer solution and 5ml of pottery masking agent, 3 drops of pottery indicator are added, heated to above 90 ℃, titrated with pottery standard solution, the solution changes from purple to bright yellow as the end point, and the number of ml of standard solution consumed by titration multiplied by 5 is the number of pottery points of this liquid.

5. use and maintenance
1, each shift analysis of the parameters of the bath liquid, according to the parameters to add ceramic agent;
2. When the ceramic point is low or when the pH value is high, add ceramic agent to adjust; When the pH value is out of range after adding ceramic agent, add ceramic agent to adjust; In normal use, adding ceramic agent can stabilize the pH value without adjustment.
3. Add 2KG of WX-F8301 vitrifying agent to each ton of tank and raise 1 vitrifying point.
4. According to the number of workpieces to be processed or contaminated, determine whether the tank liquid needs to be replaced. For normal use, it is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.

6. considerations
1. Control of working fluid pH value and ceramic point;
2. Clean the grease, oxides and stains attached to the surface of the workpiece, and regularly clean the sediment at the bottom of the tank;
3. The time interval between the completion of pottery and painting shall not exceed 16 hours;
4. When working in an environment with good ventilation conditions, the operator should wear safety protective equipment. If the liquid medicine touches the skin or eyes, it should be rinsed with clean water immediately. In severe cases, medical treatment should be sought.
