1. Overview
WX-A6001 coating agent is a high-efficiency metal surface coating agent composed of a variety of metal salts and corrosion inhibitors. It is suitable for a variety of metal materials such as zinc, zinc alloy, aluminum and aluminum alloy. It can form a dense water repellent film on the surface of metal materials, has excellent binding force with the coating, and can help the coating resist the erosion of water vapor and salt spray on the base metal, and improve the anti-corrosion performance of the coating.

2. method of use
1, suitable for swimming immersion, immersion, spray line;
2. Process: degreasing and deoxidation-water washing-water washing-film-water washing-water washing-drying;
3. Inject 3/4 clean water into the tank, add 50kg WX-A6001 of aluminum coating agent per cubic meter, fill up the water, and stir evenly to use;
4. Immerse the degreased and deoxidized workpiece in the working fluid.

Detection method:
Total acid: take 10ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution. the solution changes from colorless to red as the end point. the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the total acid number of this solution.

5. maintenance and adjustment
1. According to the appearance color of the film or the total acid number, the film agent can be added, and 10KG of agent can be added per ton of tank, and the total acidity increases by 1 point;
2. If the color of the film layer is not obvious after the coating agent is added to the working liquid, part of the tank liquid needs to be replaced or the tank needs to be replaced again;
3. It is recommended to replace the tank solution every 20-30 working days.

6. considerations
1, pay attention to control the film processing time, otherwise there will be color deviation after the film on the workpiece.
2, the product has a certain corrosive, the operator should wear, wear protective equipment (such as goggles, rubber gloves, wear boots, work clothes, etc.).
3. If it accidentally splashes on the skin or eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately, and those who are serious or feel uncomfortable should be sent to a doctor for treatment.
