1. Overview
This product is mainly composed of surfactants (such as non-ionic active agent, anionic sodium sulfonate type), ordinary inorganic acid, corrosion inhibitor three parts. It uses the principle of emulsification, wetting and penetration of surfactants, and uses the mechanical stripping effect of hydrogen generated by acid corrosion of metals to achieve the purpose of removing grease. Can be used at low and medium temperatures. Suitable for soaking treatment. Because it has the dual function of removing rust and grease, it is also called "two in one" treatment liquid. Suitable for pure aluminum, aluminum alloy steel cleaning.

2. method of use
Process conditions: soaking
Process flow: degreasing deoxidization → water washing → water washing → (film and other processes →) drying.
With the tank: add water treatment tank 2/3, and then according to the calculation of the amount of WX-A5103 added, and fully stirred, and then add water to the scale, can be used.

Detection method:
Total acid: take 10.00ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 20 ml of water, add 3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, and titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution. the solution changes from colorless to red as the end point. the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the total acid (point) of this solution.

4. maintenance and adjustment
1. Replenish the consumed materials in time every day, which can be added according to the degreasing effect.
2. Clear the oil, dirt and dust on the liquid surface in time (clarify or filter).
3. Products similar to acid, alkali products, with a certain degree of corrosion, in operation, in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
4. The total acidity is low or the bath solution is not replaced for a long time. Due to the high content of aluminum salt in the bath solution, it will adsorb and crystallize on the surface of the workpiece to form white aluminum crystal salt powder. Therefore, it is recommended to replace it in strict accordance with the cycle.

5. considerations
1. The processing time should not exceed 30 minutes, otherwise it will cause the reagent consumption to increase and the workpiece will corrode.
2. The product has a certain corrosive, the operator should wear, wear protective equipment (such as goggles, rubber gloves, wear boots, work clothes, etc.).
3. If it is accidentally splashed on the skin or eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately. Those who are serious or feel uncomfortable should be sent to a doctor for treatment.
