1. Overview
WX-F3204 zinc phosphating agent is composed of zinc oxide, phosphate, etc., which is suitable for surface treatment of iron plate, alloyed steel plate and hot plate before coating, so that a layer of water-insoluble phosphate film is formed on the surface of the product to improve the adhesion of the coating to the metal surface and inhibit the corrosion under the coating film.

 

2. method of use   
Process conditions: soaking, spraying, swimming immersion.
Process flow: degreasing-water washing-derusting-water washing-surface adjustment-phosphating-water washing-passivation (whether passivation is required according to performance test requirements or anti-rust effect of plates)-water washing-drying.
Tank allocation: calculate the working volume m3 of phosphating tank, inject 3/4 tank clear water first, and add WX-F3204 according to the calculated amount; After stirring evenly, add neutralizer 2kg/m3 and accelerator 2kg/m3 to stir evenly, add water to the working liquid level, then detect the free acidity of phosphating solution, add neutralizer according to the detection results, and adjust the free acidity to about 0.8.

Detection method:
Total acid: take 10ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution, the solution changes from colorless to pink as the end point, and the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the total acid number of this solution.
Free acid: take 10ml of working solution, inject it into conical flask, add 30 ml of water, add 2-3 drops of bromophenol blue indicator, titrate with 0.1N NaOH standard solution, the solution changes from yellow to light blue as the end point, and the ml number of standard solution consumed by titration is the number of free acid points of this solution.
Accelerator: fill the fermentation tube of the working solution device, add 1-2g sulfamic acid, quickly plug the fermentation tube mouth with your thumb, invert the fermentation tube, let sulfamic acid flow back to the other end of the fermentation tube, then invert it back, and observe that the volume ml of bubbles in the fermentation tube is the number of points of the accelerator.










 

4. tank maintenance
1. Each shift analyzes the parameters of phosphating solution.
2. In the phosphating process, the iron Fe2 entering the solution from the surface of the workpiece will be oxidized to Fe3 by the accelerator or O2 in the air and converted into FePO4 white precipitate, or the improper addition of neutralizing agent and accelerator will also change Zn2 in the phosphating solution into Zn3(PO4) 2 precipitate. When there are more precipitates, they should be removed. In conditional factories, it is better to use continuous filtration method to extract slag, followed by high-level pool. Slagging with shovels and buckets should bring out as little solution as possible.
3, phosphating process should pay attention to shaking the workpiece, exclude the air bag, dense loading of the workpiece or slender tubular parts should be put out of the liquid surface of the workpiece and then immersed in the solution, so that the contact with the workpiece solution can be updated, phosphating time is generally 10 minutes, spray 3 minutes, dense loading parts should be appropriate to extend the phosphating time.
4. Maintenance of working fluid: when the total acid is higher than the standard, tap water can be used to dilute and reduce, while if the total acid is too low, phosphating agent can be added to the control range. When the free acidity is higher than the standard, it can be adjusted with neutralizer. After diluting the calculated amount of neutralizer, it can be slowly added into the phosphating tank to mix. If the concentration of accelerator is lower than the standard, a large amount of sediment will be generated, if it is higher than 5 o'clock, it can continue to work; if it exceeds 5 o'clock, it will strengthen stirring to reduce volatilization.
5, add 2KG of medicament per ton tank total acid rose by about 1 point; Add 1KG of medicament free acid per ton tank and increase by about 0.1 points.




 

5. considerations

3, into the phosphating workpiece to ensure that oil, rust clean;
4. The time interval between phosphating and coating shall not exceed 16 hours;
5. When working in an environment with good ventilation conditions, the operator should wear safety protective equipment and not directly contact with the skin. If the liquid medicine contacts the skin or eyes, it should be rinsed with water immediately. In severe cases, medical treatment should be sought.
