Each process is separated by a door panel to prevent liquid leakage. The heating forms of each heating liquid tank are heating inside the tank and heating outside the tank. Internal heaters include exhaust pipes, serpentine tubes, corrugated plates, etc.; external heaters include tube and plate heaters. The heating medium includes hot water, steam, thermal oil, etc. The degreasing and phosphating processes are provided with an oil removal system and a slag removal system, respectively. In order to prevent steam from escaping from the top of the tunnel and the door opening of each heating section, an exhaust fan is installed at the top of the tunnel.
