Water-based self-rotating rust anticorrosive paint is a single component, using water-based acrylic acid, special monomer copolymerization of water-based modified copolymer, due to the selection of self-emulsifying "core-shell" structure of water-based special emulsion, rust transfer raw materials and non-toxic anti-rust pigment. The coating provides long-term and efficient protection for rusty steel surfaces without pretreatment, which not only significantly prolongs the service life of anti-corrosion topcoat, but also makes the anti-corrosion coating process simpler, more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly. The new method is based on a new chemical chelation method to convert the rust on the iron surface into a hydrophobic passivation layer.
